This site does a good job, great pictures, a nice layout, much information (however never enough). I love this actress and it is a pity that so few people know about her. However, such web sites like this spread her name, and that is why I am most grateful. I'd wish there were more and more people who care for classics. Really needed nowadays! This is an excellent site for the great Divine. However, there is an element that must be addressed, that is, the reclusiveness of the great One. The paparazzis were the hound dogs, and yet it was like a cat and mouse game that Miss G had to play with them. Yes, she wanted to be left alone, but she also wanted to maintain her divinity. But alas, she is a mere mortal. The pictures that are viewed keep her young and sublime forever, but like all goddesses, if they are goddesses, they age gracefully. If there are pictures of her in her silver and twilight years, let them be shown. She was very selective, and I am sure you will be, too.

Comments: One of the best sites on Garbo that I have seen. I have been a Garbo fan for 25 years, when I saw Queen Christina when I was a teenager.
Since then, I have collected many book, old magazines and other memorabilia on Garbo. She is without a doubt the greatest actress ever....right up there with Eva Le Gallienne.
I don't think Garbo died alone....I think she had a small circle of close friends and she has family.....I believe that Garbo did and lived her life exactly as she wanted. Actually, I think she probably found the rest of the world quite amusing and probably had a great many chuckles over "the world" WONDERING about the "mystery" of Garbo.
She is one of the few who will NEVER be forgotten.
